Regulatory Action Calls

Regulatory Action Calls are prepared and distributed on proposed regulations from federal and state regulators that solicit the opinions from Florida’s credit unions to enable us to provide comments to regulators that accurately portrays your position.  The League monitors agencies such as: NCUA, the Federal Reserve, HUD, Treasury, FDIC, IRS, and Florida’s Department of Financial Services for proposed changes in regulations and guidelines that affect Florida credit unions and then request your input.

Comment Letters

Comment letters that summarize the position of Florida’s credit unions and incorporate the Florida Credit Union League’s concerns are prepared so state and federal regulators will hear the voice of Florida’s credit unions. Comment Letters are derived from your input from Regulatory Action Calls. This is a vehicle for your voice to be heard.
